Mr. Ken Kaunda - Chairman
Ken graduated from the University of Nairobi with a degree in Economics and Political Science.He holds a post graduate qualification in human resources from the college of professional management(UK) and leadership in change management certificate from Cornell University(USA).Ken has over 33 years experience in corporate management gained from working in various blue chip companies including as a human resource director at Glaxo Smithkline and Nation Media group,General Manager,human resource development at KPA among others.His key management experiences covers,but not limited to the following areas; Business strategy development,project management execution including investment schemes,process mapping,quality management systems and logistics-ISO certified/auditor. Ken is a board member of KIM,institute of human resource management,institute of directors and currently a board member of ICT authority.
Mr. James Mathiu - Managing Director
Managing Director. James is a bachelor of commerce graduate from the University of Nairobi and has a post graduate qualification in general management from University of Cape Town.He has undergone general management and sales leadership programme(UK),Real estate agency developmet,sales,letting and property management as well as real estate and the law conducted by Estate Agents Registration Board. James has over 25 years experience in corporate management as well as over 6 years in real estate practise. He has worked at senior levels as sales director at GlaxoSmithkline as well as Airtel Tanzania and Rwanda in the same capacity . James is a registered estate agent by the Estate Agents Registration Board.
Mr. Samuel Murithi - Operations Director
Mr Murithi is a positive business minded executive with over 30 years experience in both Insurance and Real Estate sectors.He has held various management positions at Kenindia Assurance Co LTD,one of the biggest Insurance Company’s in Kenya,and Managing Director of Triple M Insurance Brokers LTD. Mr.Murithi also has over 10 years experience in real estate involved in selling and sourcing property on behalf of clients.He has a passion for safe and clean environment and therefore aspires to make his contribution through well researched advice on property investment and management.His guiding principles of truth and respect to his customers has been key to his success and personal development.

Mr. Peter Victor Arika - Legal Advisor
Victor is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya, who is also a Commissioner for Oaths and Notary Public, was admitted into the Roll of Advocates in 1999. He is a graduate of law from the University of Nairobi and a Diploma in Law holder for post graduate studies from Kenya School of Law. He is a member of the Institute of Certified Secretaries of Kenya. Victor has vast experience in Commercial Law with regard to property conveyancing and commercial court litigation. In his capacity as public officer, he had worked as the Legal Counsel at Kenya Airports Authority (KAA) where he was involved in drafting contracts relating to the organisation’s business transactions, ensuring ownership rights of KAA assets and land titles for all entity’s properties are obtained, registered and kept safely, execution of agreements including but not limited to leases, licences, charges and contractual agreements among other duties. Victor has also worked at Kenya Legal and Ethical Issues Network (KELIN) as Coordinator of Projects. He is currently the Principal Counsel at Arika and Company Advocates based in Nairobi.
Ms. Sarah Gloria Awinja - Investment Analyst & Valuer
Awinja has more than 14 years of industry experience in real estate consultancy, valuation, property management, and property leasing. Her career journey has seen her stopover at some of the renowned institutions such as Regent Management Limited, Housing Finance Company Limited, UAP Old Mutual Group, Jones Lang Lasalle, and Knight Frank Kenya Limited – all of them well established real estate firms making her acquainted and all round in all aspects of real estate, including investment analysis and research assignment.
She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Land Economics from the University of Nairobi, a Full Member of the Institution of Surveyors of Kenya, and a Professional Member of Women in Real Estate (WIRE). She is a Registered and Practicing Valuer, a Registered and Practicing Estate Agent, and a Certified Professional Mediator.
She currently serves in the programs sub-committee at WIRE (Women in Real Estate) and she is the immediate past chairperson, of the Editorial and Public Relations Committee at the Institution of Surveyors of Kenya.
